    Please keep in mind that all computer monitors and pictures will vary slightly. More importantly, all products are handcrafted and each design is unique. Therefore, there are variations within each style. Pattern, and head size will almost always vary slightly from the model picture seen on the site. This is the beauty of handmade products and makes your item unusual and uniquely yours. If your product looks a bit different on the computer simply hold it next to you monitor and adjust the colors until it matches. Seriously, this is outside our control... African Drum Covers makes your satisfaction our priority! So, in the event that you are unhappy with your item return it within 30 days of purchase.     African Drum Covers warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. All other defects and deterioration due to normal usage, wear and tear, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, or acts of Nature are not covered. So, if you buy one of our products and you tear it, make sure can afford to buy another one!

    You probably have no reason to read this. But just in case, African Drum Covers is committed to providing its customers with the best possible service experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply request an RMA below and return it within 30 days from the shipping date. The product(s) should be in its original condition with original packaging. We will refund the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For your protection, please insure it for its value.     You can pay for your orders using VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal. We also have a rewards program because we know you want to come back if we give you a reward. We do not accept COD, checks, money orders, uncut gemstones, or broken promises.

    Currently, your shipping options are limited. An item can ship if you order it, or not ship if you don’t. We will ship by common carrier and try to stick with the same service for most items. Right now, we are making the United States Postal Service happy, but depending on a particular item, we could change to save cost. We provide a tracking number to you, once your package has shipped.

    Regardless of shipping method, you will get a tracking email once your order ships. but you asked a good question. You can check the tracking number under your "My Account" information. This will list all your previous orders, so you can simply click on the order number to view the tracking information. Do not email us the next day asking when your item will ship. Take a breath. Have a cup of coffee. Patience in all things, grasshopper.
